{Girly Monkey Birthday}

This is the last of the events that have kept me busy for the last couple of months, at least until July!

And let me tell you, I loved! this party, specially because it was all girly and pink, but also because everything was picture perfect!  A beautiful party for beautiful baby Isabela's 1st birthday.  The theme was inspired by “Curious George Inspired Monkey Birthday Party!" from Paiges of Style .  It was a real pleasure to work with Isabela's mom. She is one crafty and creative mommy and had ideas and details that we incorporated into every little thing.  She even created the popcorn cones, party hats for the kids and pompom cupcake toppers!

I found this adorable girl monkey clip art from Little Fairy Land and used her in the invitations, banner and favor boxes.

Centerpieces were ceramic pots filled with mini bananas and a centerpiece topper.

Food label pom poms created by Isabela's mom and labels to complete the look.

Water bottles for "thirsty monkeys".

The favor boxes to be filled with all the candy yummy-ness...

Since the party was held at Little Gym, we were not allowed to stick anything onto the walls, so we had to attach the banner to the table.

Wrapped Baby food jars for the baby guests.

The candy and cake table...

These chocolate monkey pops were created by a friend of the family.

Our now popular chocolate dipped marshmallows!

.

And, of course, a spectacular birthday hat for little Isabela.

I think this is the cutest party yet, what do you think?

Next up in July: More custom orders for baptisms, birthdays and baby showers and last and most importantly, my own little boy's 3rd birthday party, which I can't wait to show you!

See you soon!

{All Star Birthday}

Now, this next party was for a loyal customer of mine.  I have already planned birthday for two of her kids, and this is the third one, for her little boy Carlos Julián who just turned 6.  She wanted a Sports theme in red, white and blue.  So we designed everything around sports balls and created a great invitation!

So based on this invitation we created lots of fun details.  Pennant banners hanged over the pool and for the menu we created an 'All Star Menu' offering ballpark and stadium food.

The cake and candy buffet table was a huge success.  We created custom candy labels for the candy jars as well as favor tags for the blue favor bags that each kid would fill with toys from the piñata.

For centerpieces we used re-purposed tin buckets and filled them with inflatable sports balls.  Each bucket was personalized with the birthday boy's initial and name.

The cake and cupcakes were created by The Little Cupcake Shop, a local bakery.

The table was framed by a huge pennant birthday banner and cheerleader pom poms!

We were really pleased of how this party turned out.
'Till next time!

{On the Farm Birthday}

I was really happy to work with this theme for a set of adorable triplets that turned 3 years old!  The girl's mom wanted something simple but with little details of cow print and farm animals in sets of three.  So I found the cutest farm clip art from Stockberry Studio over at MyGrafico.  Using the little cute animals, I customized a digital invitation cute enough to be printed and delivered by hand!

For favors we wrapped lots of goodies including lots of candy in extra large bandannas in primary colors.  I tied them with jute string and attached a favor tag.

The banner was the perfect combination of red, blue, yellow and cow print.  We attached it to a burlap backdrop.

Since the favors had lots of yummy candy, we created a simple candy bar with cute candy labels.

For the tables, we used tin pails stuffed and decorated with "lollipop" centerpieces featuring each of the little animals of the theme.  Gingham ribbon adorned every detail

Finally, the cake... a major work of art!  An local and, needless to say, amazing cake designer created this beautiful cake.  She was the same designer of our {Sweet 1st Birthday: Candy and Cupcakes}. For the little animals we used fondant figurines as well as clay figures created by my husband's cousin.  They both did a great job and everyone was nuts about this cake!

The overall look of the cake table with the cow print linens... amazing!

Love how everything turned out!

{Zebra & Pink Baby Minnie Birthday}

This custom party was designed for a very special little girl who turned 1!  Mom wanted to go with the pink and zebra theme along with Baby Minnie Mouse.  And let me tell you, everything looked beautiful!

The invitation set the theme and mood of the party!

A gorgeous party hat for the birthday girl with just enough zebra print!

Of course, there in no real party without a Happy Birthday banner!

I was very happy to have worked with a local balloon art designer Johanna from GloboArte.  She designed the enormous Minnie ears behind the cake.

Finally, the party favor boxes for some Minnie shaped cookies!

Thanks for following us!

{First Holy Communion}

Hello again!

I know I've been quite disconnected from my blog, but I'm back to show you the latest events that have kept me busy in the past few months!

This project was a custom order for a little lady's First Holy Communion.  Mom wanted something delicate, spectacular and pink.  So we designed these darling favors!

These were favor tags some cookies and other treats for the guests.

Custom tags for the delicious Marshmallow angels created by my dear friends at MEL's Designs.

I also created this beautiful door hanger...

Another happy customer and a really happy designer! :)
