{Nautical Girl Birthday}

A nautical party with beautiful elements for a sweet little girl turning 4.  Melissa is one of my oldest clients. This time we are celebrating Kiki's 4th Birthday!  Melissa wanted a nautical theme in hot pink and blue.  We found the perfect clip art that we modified to go with our color palette.  The little girl looks just like Kianna, so it was a perfect match.

This table turned out amazing.  We chose chevron and stripes as our prints, so we had to use this fantastic satin tablecloth over royal blue.  The backdrop are simple white drapery which we decorated with tissue pom poms and a custom birthday banner.

Our main focus this time was the cake by Wanda González.  A girly girl version of an all time favorite theme. We also had cupcakes and sugar cookies in the same design.

We found several decorative elements to tie up the theme:  a wooden anchor, crates, fishing nets, starfish and more.

Simple, elegant and fun.

{Pirate Owl Birthday}

This is the third event we do for this sweet family.  This time we celebrate baby Liam's 2nd Birthday!  For the theme of this party we were inspired by a pirate owl shirt Mom had purchased recently.

We were really lucky to find the perfect clip art by Revidevi to go with this theme!  The invitation is a new version of the owl invitation we did a while back and this time our owl is a pirate!

The party was held at a local splash park so the pirate theme was a perfect match.  We created a simple yet fantastic table and balloon art.  Other decorative elements included fishing nets, a treasure chest, a creepy skull and lots of pirate's treasure.

The cake, as always, a beautiful masterpiece by Jovanna Valentín.  This time we had an actual pirate ship complete with our Pirate Owl!  The details are stunning!

The candy choices were simple:  milk duds as "cannon balls", gumballs in pirate vending machines, rock candy, lollipops and taffy.  We also served pirate cookies by Peggy Pérez which were beautifully designed to complement our theme.

Guests took home gable boxes filled with treats, blow up pirate swords and lots of other treats.

Our stationary completed the look with water bottle labels, straw flags, dessert tags, birthday banner and favor tags.

The kids enjoyed the water and the birthday boy had a blast!
