For three years now I've had the pleasure to celebrate the life of this little girl with her family. Isabela is crazy about her birthday, so every year we work hard to give her a magical celebration. This year, for her 3rd birthday, we wanted to indulge her love for Minnie Mouse. So to make something different, we created her own little Minnie's Ice Cream Shop. Isabela's parties are always a joint effort between her mom and me. She is super creative, crafty and really hands on in the kitchen. Most of the desserts you'll see were her creation based on lots of ideas found on Pinterest.
The invitation sets the mood of the party. The little awning folding envelope reveals the theme and color scheme that would be used throughout.
The dessert table is one of my favorites so far. Isabela's uncle created the wooden canopy for the awning. Stripes and chevron prints in white and pink were used in the stationary and fabrics. The desserts included sugar cookies, chocolate shaped ice cream cups, marshmallow pops, french macarons, marshmallow cones, strawberry shortcake, Oreo pops, rock candy, kisses and gumballs.

The beautiful cake...
The pint sized sundae bar held delicious toppings for the little ones.
The fantastic shelving unit displayed other cute elements such as the custom made birthday hat, sugar cones, embellished wooden spoons and party favors.
The kids table was setup with personalized water bottles, ice cream shaped plates and spoons, ice cream shaped bubbles as favors. All on top a fantastic pink and white chevron print tablecloth. A special place was created for little Isabela.
Finally the food and treat station offered Minnie shaped sandwiches, hot dots, pop corn, fresh fruit and lots of delicious food. The cute ice cream cone and tassel banner was created by Mare.
Happy Birthday Isabela!
Love,
