{Beauty & the Beast Birthday}

Just in time for the premiere of the new movie Beauty and The Beast this week, here is a party we styled a few months back inspired by one of my favorite Disney movies.  We decided on the traditional color scheme of red, royal blue, yellow and gold with roses and rossettes as the main element of our table, along with the most prominent elements of the movie.

Golden rosette and yellow fabrics were used as our backdrop with a cluster of hand made paper roses.  Definitely one of our guest’s favorite features.  Decorative elements in our table included fresh red roses, a vintage candelabra, a magic rose and vintage books.  The sugar cookies and the cake were a show stopper.  Incredible work, as always, by Cookies by Suehery and Jovanna Valentín.

Be our guest and scroll down to enjoy our photos! :)

{Sweet Princess Birthday}: A party fit for two!

Hey!  I'm back to share my latest project.  A princess birthday for two special little girls: my godchild who turned 3 and her baby sister who turned 1.

The theme:  They are both into Disney Princesses, specially the oldest.  So we wated to give them a Princess inspired birthay without the "over-the-top-ness" of the actual princess party supplies out there.  So I found beautiful graphics by WoofyWorld via Esty, exactly what I needed to customize this cute party.

The invitations...

Cupcakes and Candy Bar...
(it was pretty windy that day!..)

We featured cupcakes with custom made toppers, giant lolllipops wrapped in tissue paper and labeled, strawberry whoppers, marshmallows, cotton candy and sweet popcorn!

The birthday banner...

Party favor bags...

Oversized favor bags incliuded coloring books, sidewalk chalk, toys and of course, candy!  We also had a child-sized Princess piñata made by a very talented friend.

All in all the girls and of course mom were very happy with the outcome.
Happy Birthday Jimena & Mariana!!!
