{FC Barcelona Birthday}

Time sure does go by fast.  My little boy turned 8 this past July! He has a great love for soccer so it was obvious he wanted to celebrate with a FC Barcelona themed party.   It is no surprise that I always try to veer off from the typical when it comes to my son’s parties.  Mostly because most of the stuff he’s into are not commercial enough or there is just not too much décor available out there.

So here is my version of a Barça inspired birthday party, complete with a custom design in a hexagon pattern, along with the team’s colors.

 All paper products featured Mauro’s design, from the invitation, centerpieces, favor bags, dessert tags, water bottle labels, to the backdrop banner.  Soccer themed dessert favorites by Sugar Bliss completed our table.  Check out the cookies made by my friend Suehery from Cookies by Suehery.  Se outdid herself in taking our design and creating these fantastic cookies.  The cake by Jovanna Valentín was, as always, perfect and delicious.

 The kids received logo cinch bags with a t-shirt, candy, and soccer goodies.  They played soccer and enjoyed a sunny day in the pool. Needless to say they had a blast and my little man was very happy!

{Real Madrid Soccer Party}

I have been doing parties for this beautiful family for a couple of years now.  Today I'm sharing our latest and probably this little man's last birthday since he's turning 12 and is probably getting too old for huge parties.  That said, his mom still wanted to create a small area to display a cake and mostly desserts.  We had already created a soccer party for him two years ago, so this time around he chose a different team and with that we had a completely different palette.  He's a huge fan of the Real Madrid team, so we created a simple yet cool dessert table and background fit for a pre-teen little guy.

We used artificial grass as our background and framed it with two tall balloon columns.  A banner with our team colors hanged at the middle.

This table was smaller than our usual displays, but it turned out fantastic with these colors.  Grass mats were used to display several of our desserts, including chocolate covered oreos, sugar cookies, brownies, nutella cheesecakes and french macarons.  The cake was, as always, our center point along chocolate cupcakes with soccer ball toppers.

{Soccer Birthday Party}

I'm so happy to share this AC Milan inspired birthday we styled for a very special little boy with a passion for all things soccer and his all time favorite soccer team.  So I recreated the AC Milan logo with his initials and his year of birth and carried it throughout the whole collection along with the team colors.

I also created a logo background for the dessert table.

The cake was created by a local baker and the table held lots of sweet pastries by Pastry Gallery.  Water bottle labels, straw flags, the banner, dessert labels completed the printable collection.

The kids got personalized t-shirts with Hansy's logo and VIP passes.  We also featured several personal items such as the boy's first soccer shoes, jersey and various medals.
