{Ferrari Birthday}

Today I want to share this fantastic Ferrari inspired birthday for my friend Ilia's oldest son Hansy.  You might remember him from our AC Milan / Soccer Party we did last year.  This time around this family wanted to celebrate on our newest attraction here at the West side of Puerto Rico.  The place is called Adventure Zone and it is simply awesome.  It has a jungle gym, bumber spin cars and a go kart racetrack and tons of video games.  Lots space for parties, a food court and even a frozen yogurt shop.

So it was a no brainer when Hansy chose race cars as the theme for his party.  We were inspired by the Ferrari logo and selected a red, yellow, black and white color scheme.  The invitation always sets the mood for the party!

We created a simple yet fun candy bar complete with die cast toy cars, a Ferrari cake, cupcakes with fantastic toppers, lots of candy favorites and favor boxes.

Enjoy!

{A Froggy Birthday}

This week we celebrated Nico's 2nd birthday. I've had the pleasure of celebrating this little one's life since his mama's Baby Shower and then his first birthday.  For his second birthday we wanted to give him a hopping good time with a frog theme.  His favorite character is Sr. Sapo (Mr. Frog) from a local children's band called Atención Atención, so we used this as inspiration.

A little frog with a blue tie was our main focus.  I got thet cute frog graphics from Pixel Paper Prints and added the little tie.  Our scolor scheme was lime green, blues and a touch of orange and yellow.

As always, I partnered with some fantastic vendors.  Johanna Padín from GloboArte created a balloon grid background and huge columns featuring our little froggy friend.

Delicious and fun desserts were served on our main table.  Frog cake pops, layered Jell-O, brownies, lemon bars, nutella mousse tarts, french macarons along with all the usual favorites chocolate disks, sixlets and rock candy.  There were also these cute frog cookies by Peggy Pérez.

The cake is our centerpiece of this table, along with the cupcakes with fondant frog themed toppers.

I also created a kiddie table for the little ones. I was lucky to find frog melamine plates and cups and complemented each setting with striped straws, personalized water bottles, and the cutest bunting along with fresh flowers in ceramic pots and aluminum buckets.

Cute, right?! Until next time!
