{Pink Bows 1st Birthday}

Hello friends!

I have been consumed by my Facebook page and other projects and just realized my blog needed a little love. So I'm back! I'll be posting several parties in the next couple of weeks, hoping to get you up to date on all the parties we have worked on this past year.  Yes, folks, a year worth of parties!

So to start off, I want to share with you this lovely party we designed and styled for baby Luna for her first birthday last January 2016.  Mom was inspired by several parties in this color scheme of pink, coral, mint and gold.  We created a beautiful and delicate invitation with a paper bow closure.

We wanted to create something different and unique that we hadn't done before and designed a modern balloon arch embellished with satin bows and tassels.  We also decided on doing something different with the dessert table, using an acrylic table and three little cakes. Decadent desserts with gold details and a darling ribbon garland in our fabulous color scheme.

Centerpieces of fresh flowers in hand painted gold vases tied up the guest tables to our decor along with themed toppers.

Come back soon so you can read about more parties!

{Woodland Camping Birthday}

I just love how this Woodland Camping party turned out!  Even when bad weather threatened our outdoor party and we had to change venues, the setting was just as cute as can be.

A color scheme of orange, lime, navy, turquoise and brown, with burlap details.  Very woodsy, yet perfect for a third birthday.

We wanted to create a campsite, complete with tee pee's, blankets and pillows for some late night movie watching, and this is what I came up with.

The dessert table area is my absolute favorite part.  From the pine trees, green floor treatment, the mock-up tent in the backdrop to the cute woodland animal friends and the custom made campfire.  The cake was provided by my friend Mary from The Cake Factory, desserts by Sugar Bliss and the fantastic cookies by Cookies by Suehery.

For favors each kid received a bandanna on a stick full of fun camping gear such as magnifying glass, binoculars and flashlights.
